As landlords ourselves we understand the importance of inventories, that’s why we pride ourselves on providing the most comprehensive inventories on the market. Inventories are important as proves the condition of your property before the tenant moved in, this is very useful if you are trying to bill the tenant for damage caused by them but they are disputing it, the inventory along with photographs is the evidence that you need.

An inventory should be completed each time a new let is agreed. We will visit your property producing a report, accompanied by photographs, detailing the condition of the property and its contents, including a complete list of all fixtures, fittings and furniture. This report would form the basis on which damage or dilapidation would be assessed the end of the tenancy,

We recommend that the inventory is completed as close to the tenant moving in as possible, ideally the same day the tenant is due to ‘check in’, this ensures the property condition is reported as accurately as possible as close as possible to the tenant moving in , this minimises the tenant arguing damage has happened between the inventory being completed date and the tenant moving in date.
