We are landlords ourselves so understand the importance of knowing the current condition of your property. Why is this important? It's always best to find any potential issues with your property early, where they can be fixed cheaply, before they potentially grow into bigger, more costlier problems.
We noticed that some letting agents offered inspections and some didn't, some provate landlords did their own inspections and a large number didn't, of those that did some inspections were very basic and missed small issues that could grow into biger ones, we found that the exterior of the property tended to be overlooked.
